Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or ordering the incorrect size. Please read the policies below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and damaged items.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We take pride in our product quality, but mistakes occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • How to report: Email us at [Insert Support Email] with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect. We will process your replacement immediately.


Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement to you.

  • Timeframe: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Note: If the tracking information states the package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.


Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

Because every item is printed on demand just for you when you order it, we do not hold inventory. For this reason, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or size exchanges.

We highly recommend reviewing the detailed sizing chart provided on each product page before completing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.


Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

  • Wrong Address: If you provide a shipping address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to reship the item to your corrected address.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require you to pay the shipping costs to have the order sent out again.


Sealed Goods (Health & Hygiene)

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any sealed goods, such as face masks, under any circumstances.
